The materials to be processed cannot be sticky and wet materials, and their sizes should not be larger than 50 mm.

Working Principle

The working principle is that the material mixed with water and binder is compressed and rolled on an inclined disk to form fertilizer particles.

The hydraulic system regulates the pressure and the roller grooves create different particle shapes.
